Spiritual Guidance

I have been working as a Buddhist teacher since 1997 with the full encouragement of Rigdzin Shikpo and H. E. Garchen Rinpoche.

During the sessions of spiritual guidance we will be focussing on developing unconditional love and happiness – the qualities of our innermost nature. These qualities are not deeply hidden within us but just beyond the everyday chatter of our mind.

By learning to recognise these inner gifts and focussing our mind upon them we can learn to access a life of happiness, love and abundance that is the fulfilment of every spiritual quest.

Even though this process is simple in principle everybody experiences unique obstacles and I will help you to see these barriers and remove them.

My approach is based on Tibetan Buddhism but is non-sectarian and I am more than happy to work with people from all spiritual backgrounds as, fundamentally, all spiritual paths aim for the same final state. In that way I am trying to help you to go deeper within your own spiritual path without taking anything away from it.

Cost of the sessions:

Sessions take place once or twice a month and cost 45 Great British Pounds or 70 US Dollar an hour (payable by cheque or paypal). They can be done one-to-one in East Sussex, England or over the phone/skype. I have worked successfully with clients on the phone or skype from all over the world. Calls are very cheap from the UK – therefore telephone charges are included in the price to most countries. I will be phoning you.

Concessions are available for those out of work, students and people who come from countries with an unfavourable currency exchange rate.
